Can I use Axelroad if I’ve never lifted weights before?
Yes. You don’t need any experience. The LIFTOFF program starts with exercises without weights. You add weights later, step by step.
Can I train at home, or do I need a gym?
You can train at home if you have the equipment for your program. With LIFTOFF, you can start without weights. Later, you’ll need dumbbells and then a barbell.
How will I know what to do?
Axelroad shows you which exercises to do, how many times to do them, and what weights to use. Demonstrations and tips explain each movement. You can change the weights and rest times, and record what you do.
How often should I train? What if I miss a day?
Axelroad suggests 2–3 workouts a week. You choose when to train. If you miss a day, continue with your next workout when you’re ready.
Is Axelroad free? What happens after the free workouts?
Your first three workouts are free. You don’t need to enter any payment details. After that, you can buy more workouts if you want to. There’s no subscription, and you won’t be charged automatically.
Which devices can I use?
You can use Axelroad on iPhone and iPad. You can also track workouts with Apple Watch. The app is in English.
